Underlayment & Water Barrier Check
Ice and water shield at eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment lapped and capped correctly, drip edge sequenced under and over where the manufacturer says. This is the layer that saves you in a February thaw.

Mid-Installation Review
Halfway through, the crew lead audits the field: nail placement in the nailing zone, shingle offset, flashing at every wall and penetration. Problems get fixed at row twenty, not discovered at year five.

Detail & Cleanup Pass
Ridge caps, pipe boots, sealant lines, and ventilation get a dedicated check. Then magnetic sweeps across the yard and driveway — twice — plus full debris haul-off. Your property leaves cleaner than we found it.

Final Walkthrough With You
We walk the completed roof line with you, review the photo documentation, register your warranty, and hand over every document. The job is not done until you have signed off — not us.
