no office job origin story here —Double R Roofing started in 2010 the way most honest things do in West Virginia: with a ladder, a truck, and a family that refused to do sloppy work.
Princeton sits where the weather doesn’t play fair — ice in February, hail in April, and summer storms that roll off the ridge without warning. We grew up watching neighbors patch the same leak three times because somebody cut corners the first time. We started Double R to be the crew that does it once, and does it right.
Fifteen years later, that stubbornness turned into 590+ completed roofs, an Owens Corning Preferred Contractor badge earned in 2018, and a 30-year workmanship warranty we can offer because we trust every nail our crews drive.
